In the COVID-19 era, marketing your business thoughtfully is more crucial than ever. Presenter Jennifer Ford will show you how to simplify your marketing strategy by focusing on your customer and easily integrate it into your business plan. Jennifer will lead an exercise to help you identify 1 to 3 ideal customer types. We will sort through the variety of marketing options (social media, email marketing, paid online ads, etc.) and find a couple of easy to use tools to connect with your ideal customers as you rebuild and regrow in the COVID 19 era.
Presenter: Jennifer Ford, Fredrick Mountain Group – Jennifer has spent over 15 years working with businesses and non-profits to get these organizations on track and profitable. She has a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and a J.D. from the University of Colorado. Mrs. Ford was a wilderness guide for seven years in Montana, Wyoming, Utah and Idaho. Jenn founded Frederick Mountain Group in 2011 to bring small and mid-sized companies real business development solutions and the expertise to implement those solutions.
