Online Training

The Wyoming SBDC Network is offering this upcoming training opportunity as part of our Portable Assistance Program. This program supports the economic recovery of Wyoming as we experience ongoing boom and bust impacts in the energy industry. This methodology will give entrepreneurs and small business owners tips and strategies to deal with change no matter how or where it happens.

While every change is unique, there is a predictable pattern to change. But when unexpected or unwanted change disrupts well-established routines—personally and professionally—it’s natural to wonder, “Who rocked the boat?” Unfortunately, that is exactly the wrong question to ask! Discover from the change experts at FranklinCovey how successful leaders engage their people and turn change into opportunity.

In this session, we will highlight how to:
· Build individual confidence through a predictable pattern of change.
· Successfully lead people through the human side of change.
· Optimize change management processes to achieve desired results.
· Turn the uncertainty of change into opportunity.

The first 15 registrants for this webinar will receive a free copy of Marché’s book, ‘CHANGE: How to Turn Uncertainty Into Opportunity’
