Dustin Frost has been part of the Wyoming SBDC Network partner circle for many years as the director of the Big Sky Veteran’s Outreach Center but he has recently made the jump from business resource network partner to a Wyoming SBDC Network client with his newest venture, Legacy Irrigation and Construction Supply. Frost and his partner Kevin Beagle purchased Legacy Irrigation of Sheridan, WY in early 2023.
According to a U.S. SBA survey, 88 percent of small-business owners felt their business was vulnerable to a cyberattack. Yet, many businesses can’t afford professional IT solutions have limited time to devote to cybersecurity, or don’t know where to begin.

The Wyoming Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Network at the University of Wyoming is one of six nationwide to receive the U.S. Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Cybersecurity for Small Business Pilot Program. Awardees are all state entities that will assist small businesses in advancing cybersecurity infrastructure and mitigating cyber threats.
